Congratulations to Yuanyuan Ma (TILDA, TCD) and Anne Nolan (ESRI) on winning the Novartis prize for the best paper in Health Economics at the 2016 Irish Economic Association annual Meeting. Yuanyuan and Anne received the prize for their paper titled “Public Healthcare Entitlements and Healthcare Utilisation among the Elderly in Ireland” .
