The IEA is delighted to promote this exciting Workshop on School Choice. This Workshop will be held in Belfast in April 2022. The below text was supplied by IEA Member Queen’s University Belfast (QUB).
In recent years, there has been a great deal of research activity to study and design systems to assign students to schools. Funded by the ESRC and the Leibniz Association, we are happy to organize a joint workshop with ZEW – Leibniz-Centre for European Economic Research to discuss the latest theoretical and empirical developments in the field.
We are happy to announce that Professor Aytek Erdil will deliver a keynote presentation on a modern design for university admissions in the UK.
Belfast, April 25-26, 2022
If you would like to present a paper, please email a completed paper to email@example.com. Both theoretical and empirical papers on school choice and matching markets are welcome. We welcome interdisciplinary papers too.
We will cover flights and accommodation for presenters.
The deadline for paper submission is 31 January 2022, AOE. We will notify acceptance decisions by 4 February 2022.
Everybody is welcome to attend the workshop but must register first. Registration is free and includes lunches and coffee breaks. Registration will open on 4 February 2022.
